Library Closure FAQ

What is happening and when with the library closure? The St. Clairsville Public Library is currently closed to the public. We plan to reopen as soon as the Governor’s stay-at-home order is lifted. For the time being, we will continue providing services to the public such as virtual storytimes, reference assistance via our website chat, and full access to our digital library. During this time no fines will be assessed, and materials will not need to be renewed as all due dates for our patrons will be extended. Zinio For Libraries FAQ 1. What is Zinio? Zinio is service we offer to our patrons that allows them read most of the popular magazines on their computer, phone, or tablet. 2. How do I get the Zino app? The Zino App is available for Apple devices in the Apple Market, Android Devices on Google Play, and Windows 8 devices in the Microsoft store.  Please check the app market of you device by searching for “Zinio” 3. How do i register an account and get started? (First Time Users) To use the library version of Zinio, you will need two accounts.
