Welcome to the St.Clairsville Public Library Online Payment
Center. This page can be used to make donations, pay library fines, and other
fees.
Please Note: If you are paying from home, it
make take 2-3 working days for the payments to be processed. So
if you pay from home, please print out a payment confirmation page
and bring it with you when you come to the library. If
we have not yet processed your payment, then your library account will still
show that you owe fines. After 2-3 working days, you should expect your fines to
be cleared by the amount you have paid.

life. You can easily pay your library fines online from home at anytime of
the day or night.
Pay for Library General Services
You can pay for photocopies, genealogy services, faxing, and other
general library fees.
