The St. Clairsville Public Library offers various activities and programs for children. We have a wide variety of books, CD's,DVD's, and other digital media for children. STCKids is a new offering from the Library powered by Ning that was created by Lisa. It allows children and parents to register, converse, and communicate online with each other to expand the learning and fun experiences the library has to offer.
